Before you request a refund
If you’re having difficulty installing any of our products, then let us know, and we’ll install it for you. If you’re having problems using or configuring our software, take advantage of our friendly, expert technical support team.
Request a refund
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within forty (40) days of signing up. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products.
We’re commited to our refund policy
We understand that even after trying our online demo or using one of our products for a few weeks that it might just not be the right choice for you. Hey, we were once web developers ourselves and believe that you shouldn’t be stuck with a product that doesn’t fit your needs.
If you ever do need a refund on anything you purchase from us (our current refund rate is less than 1%), you’ll be glad to know that the process is easy. Once you contact us to let us know that you need a refund, we simply click one button in our order system and the refund is processed immediately through our payment provider (Moneybookers, PayPal, Google). 99% of the time this doesn’t take any longer than a few hours from when you’ve contacted us. Those who paid by cheque/moneyorder/cash will take about seven(7) business days to process the refund cheque and mail it to you.

The Finer Issues
Our 40 day money-back guarantee applies to Island Stores, Islandermall.com Shopping Cart Services (Sugar Cane Package excluded) and Web Publishing Services. With these packages, where applicable, domain names and ssl certificates are provided. Domain names, SSL certificates, Design Services, Marketing services are non-transferable and are not subject to the money back gurantee. Your domain name will only be transferable after one(1) year. If you don’t wish to wait the one(1) year period, you will be subject to a USD $15.00 charge deducted from your refund. Similarly the SSL certificate comes at a cost to us. As a result, you will be subject to a USD $60.00 charged deducted from your refund for our standard package. All other 3rd Party add-on SSL certificates are also non-refundable. This refund is also subject to change without written notice. Islandermall.com reserves the right to void this money back gurantee following a review by the risk analysis team.
